We ate meatballs with the sounds of Swedish techno pumping through the air. We said “kladdkaka” over and over and over again. It was a beautiful evening.
Food Fact from Jenny:
In Sweden, it seems that people can always find a good excuse for something sweet – so much so that specific calendar days are designated to the celebration of particular sugary specialties. For example, Cinnamon Bun Day (Kanelbullens dag) is celebrated on 4 October.[source] That sounds like a great day for Eric.
