Eric’s Thoughts:

We weren’t able to get a hold of any seabirds, but we did manage to have a nice Tuvaluan lunch. And now I know with certainty that, if trapped on an island with nothing but coconuts to survive, I would die. They are the bank vaults of fruit. 

Food Fact from Jenny:

Desserts made on the islands include coconut and coconut milk, instead of animal milk. The traditional foods eaten in Tuvalu are pulaka, taro, bananas, breadfruit, and coconut.[source]
